Vaccinations
Hartley provides Moderna Covid Vaccinations (18+), Influenza Vaccinations, Shingles Vaccinations, and Pneumonia Vaccinations. Please call us at 212-749-8480 to schedule an appointment. Walk-ins are welcome for Influenza and Shingrix Vaccinations but to avoid wait times during peak hours, call ahead. Covid Vaccinations are by appointment only.

DMV Vision Testing
